I am a certified Can-Fit-Pro Nutrition and Wellness Specialist which means I know what works and what doesn’t when it comes to lifestyle and healthy aging. I have acquired in-depth knowledge on nutrition, weight management, stress management and lifestyle consulting.
As well, I am a certified Can-Fit-Pro Personal Trainer which means I am capable of developing customized exercise programs for improved fitness, appearance and health in the context of your professional and personal life.
More importantly, I follow a defined set of coaching competencies, and governed by Standards of Conduct; I am an Adler Trained Coach and a member of the International Coach Federation.
I use co-active coaching skills required in a formalized relationship between me (coach) and you (client) that thoughtfully moves you from your current bad habit(s) to your desired future healthy lifestyle habit(s.) This formal methodology of coaching does not follow the Fact, Fear and Force change strategy many of us are accustomed to receiving and perhaps providing.
